Fasting in February 2016
So yeah, I'm going to try and fast for the whole month of February 2016. In addition I'm going to try to do it with no dairy or sweetness. I've used both in past fasts and though I've always done fine with it I'm wondering what the effect will be. I have tried to give both of them up often. I've never managed to do it beyond 3 days The very fact I can't seem to give them up means that maybe there is a problem there.
Why: Well I want to loose weight. But fasting has other benefits as well.
