Keto Cookie Butter
Be careful, this is too good. It's easy to get carried away.
1 Cup | Nut Butter |
½ Cup | Butter |
3 Tbsp | Powdered Erythritol |
3 Tbsp | Coconut Flour |
½ tsp | Vanilla |
¼ tsp | Cinnamon |
1/8 tsp | Nutmeg |
10 drops | Liquid Sucralose |
2 Tbsp | Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (opt.) |
Put all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until light and fluffy. Scrape the bowl down at least once. Don't go too long or the butter will melt. Taste. Add liquid additional sucralose or fine salt to taste. When batter is tasty, add chocolate chips if desired. Scrape into an airtight container and refrigerate.
