Alfredo Sauce
This sauce is always a low-carb favorite. Recipe makes 2 servings at about 2 carbs per serving.
1/2 Cup | Heavy Cream |
1/4 Cup | Butter |
2/3 Cup | Parmesan Cheese |
1 Clove | Garlic |
Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over medium until cheese is melted. Lower heat and cook gently until sauce is slightly reduced.
