Apple Butter
A tasty cranberry apple butter that's a perfect topping for low carb toast. About 1 carb per tablespoon.
2 Cups | Cooked Spaghetti Squash |
¼ Cup | Water |
½ tsp | Cinnamon |
½ tsp | Crystal Light Natural Cranberry Apple Drink Mix |
Put first three ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Press the sauce through a mesh seive to remove any squash strings. Place squash mixture into a pot and cook over medium heat until thickened. Let cool on counter for 10 minutes. Stir in drink mix. Chill. Use.
