Broccoli Stuffed Chicken
Yummy and easy!
1Lb | Thin Sliced Chicken Breast |
1 Cup | Broccoli Florets |
1/4 Cup + | Parmesan Cheese | 1/4 Cup | Mayonnaise |
1/2 tsp | Garlic Pepper |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Microwave Broccoli in a bowl for 3 minutes. Pound chicken flat to about 1/4 inch thickness. Combine broccoli, parmesan, mayo and pepper. Divide filling among chicken breasts. Wrap chicken around filling. Heat large ovenproof skillet over medium high. Brown chicken on all sides. Move skillet into oven for 5 minutes. Transfer into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Carbs: ~1 per Chicken Roll. Makes 5 Rolls.
