Broccoli Stuffed Chicken

Yummy and easy!

1Lb Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
1/4 Cup + Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Garlic Pepper

 

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Microwave Broccoli in a bowl for 3 minutes.

Pound chicken flat to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Combine broccoli, parmesan, mayo and pepper. Divide filling among chicken breasts. Wrap chicken around filling.

Heat large ovenproof skillet over medium high. Brown chicken on all sides. Move skillet into oven for 5 minutes.

Transfer into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

Carbs: ~1 per Chicken Roll. Makes 5 Rolls.
