Choco Clouds are so Yummy

Choco Clouds 

I use these as a meal when doing a fat fast. They're small for a meal but surprisingly satisfying. One of these and a cup of tea with a tablespoon of cream can keep my body happy for hours.

4 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
4 Oz. Unsalted Butter, softened
16 drops Liquid Sucralose or Liquid Stevia
1/2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 pinch Salt


Soften both the butter and cream cheese to room temperature. Beat together all ingredients until creamy. Take a taste and adjust sweetness if you want them sweeter. Now divide them up into eight 1/2 ounce servings and chill until set.

I usually store them in snack sized bags in the fridge. When I take a bite I just let them melt in my mouth.

For variation try adding extracts like raspberry or orange. Start with 1/8 of a teaspoon and add more if you want it stronger. Sometimes I'll add a drop of peppermint oil.
