Savory Deviled Eggs

1 Lg Hardboiled Egg
½ Tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ tsp. Brown Mustard
½ tsp. Dill Pickle Brine
¼ tsp. Horseradish
1 Pinch Salt
1 Dash Cayenne Pepper

Slice egg(s) in half lengthwise. Place egg yolk into a plastic ziploc bag. Add mayo, mustard, pickle brine and salt. Close the bag and mash the yolks and ingredients together. Taste yolk filling, adjust seasoning to taste. Reseal bag and snip one corner. Pipe the filling into the egg whites. Garnish with a dash of Cayenne pepper.

Recipe may be multiplied to accomodate any number of eggs.
