Sweet Deviled Eggs

1 Lg Hardboiled Egg
½ Tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ tsp. Yellow Mustard
½ tsp. Low-carb Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing*
¼ tsp. Vinegar
1 Pinch Salt

Slice egg(s) in half lengthwise. Place egg yolk into a plastic ziploc bag. Add mayo, mustard, vinagrette, vinegar and salt. Close the bag and mash the yolks and ingredients together. Taste yolk filling, adjust seasoning to taste. Reseal bag and snip one corner. Pipe the filling into the egg whites.

Recipe may be multiplied to accomodate any number of eggs.

*Note: Most Balsamic Vinagrette is loaded with sugars. Kraft makes a Balsamic Vinagrette that's fairly low in carbs, only 4 Carbs for 2 Tbsp. It's not marketed as low-carb though so read the labels.
