Frozen Daiquiri

Frozen Daiquiri

Delicious, frozen and only two carbs!

2 Cups Ice
2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp. Crystal Light Drink Mix (Any flavor. Lemonade and Strawberry both work well.)
3 Tbsp Rum (Check the carb before you shop.)
6 Tbsp Water
1 drop Food Coloring (Your Choice. Optional.)

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about a minute. If the mixture stops moving in the blender you can add water slowly until it starts moving again.

Note: Liquor generally doesn't have nutrition lables. Research the carb count on rum before you go to the store. Usually plain and gold rums will have no carbs. Carb counts can vary greatly however.

For a stronger drink use 6 Tbsp. of rum and 3 Tbsp. of water. 

Makes 2 servings. Approximately 2 Carbs per serving.
