Bittersweet Fudge
This no-nonsense fudge is like mainlining chocolate. For when you really SERIOUSLY need the chocolate without the carbs.
¼ Cup | Unsalted Butter |
1 Tbsp | Salted Butter |
12-24 drops | Liquid Sucralose |
¼-½ tsp | Extract (Any flavor you like) |
1 Oz. | Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped |
¼ Cup | Heavy Cream |
Melt butters over low heat with sucralose and extract. When butter is almost melted, add chocolate and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Add cream and stir until well mixed. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor as necessary. Pour into small container lined with plastic wrap and chill until firm. (Several hours.)
