Frozen Daiquiri


This is a yummy Christmas wine. Best served warm in happy company. Makes 2 Quarts.

1 Cup Rum (Check the carbs before you shop.)
2 Cups Water
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Juice of 1 Lemon
48 drops Liquid Sucralose (equivalent to 1 cup sugar)
Balance Cheap Dry Red Wine


Heat all ingredients to a boil on stove. Stop immediately at boiling point and let cool slightly. Reheat as needed.

Friendly warning: this drink is more potent than expected.

Note: Liquor generally doesn't have nutrition lables. Research the carb count on rum before you go to the store. Usually plain and gold rums will have no carbs. Carb counts can vary greatly however.

Makes 13 servings 5 oz each. Carb count will vary depending on the wine, rum and type of sucralose used. ~ 5 carbs a serving
