1 Lg Avocado
1 Tbs Green Onion, chopped
6 Md Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbs Cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 Tbs Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbs Sour Cream
Hot Sauce, to taste
2 Md. Jalapeno Peppers, seeded (Optional)

Slice the avocado all the way around top to bottom cutting around the seed. Scoop the avocado into a bowl or food processor. Mash or process with lime juice until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Adjust seasoning to taste. 

Note: for a hotter guacamole do not de-vein the peppers. Do de-vein for a milder dip. As always at KTP peppers are optional.
