Guacamole
1 Lg | Avocado |
1 Tbs | Green Onion, chopped |
6 Md | Cherry Tomatoes, chopped |
1 Tbs | Cilantro, chopped |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1 pinch | Black Pepper |
1 Tbs | Fresh Lime Juice |
1 Tbs | Sour Cream |
Hot Sauce, to taste | |
2 Md. | Jalapeno Peppers, seeded (Optional) |
Slice the avocado all the way around top to bottom cutting around the seed. Scoop the avocado into a bowl or food processor. Mash or process with lime juice until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Note: for a hotter guacamole do not de-vein the peppers. Do de-vein for a milder dip. As always at KTP peppers are optional.
