|1 Tbs||Green Onion, chopped|
|6 Md||Cherry Tomatoes, chopped|
|1 Tbs||Cilantro, chopped|
|1 pinch||Black Pepper|
|1 Tbs||Fresh Lime Juice|
|1 Tbs||Sour Cream|
|Hot Sauce, to taste|
|2 Md.||Jalapeno Peppers, seeded (Optional)|
Slice the avocado all the way around top to bottom cutting around the seed. Scoop the avocado into a bowl or food processor. Mash or process with lime juice until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Note: for a hotter guacamole do not de-vein the peppers. Do de-vein for a milder dip. As always at KTP peppers are optional.
