Squeeze the juice from the lemons. Pass juice through a strainer into a measuring cup. Note how much lemon juice you have. Add an equal amount of cold water and granulated Splenda. (So if you have one cup of juice, add one cup of water and one cup of Splenda.) Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
To drink: Mix 1 part lemon mixture to 2-3 parts water depending on how strong you want it. Less water will give you a stronger lemonade but will be more carbs.
The carb count will vary depending on how much you use. The undiluted lemon mixture is about 3 carbs for 2 tablespoons.
