Almond Float

Red, White & Blue Parfaits

A patriotic and fruity treat for your Fourth of July celebration.

1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, diced
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Crystal Light Lemonade Drink Mix
½ Cup Heavy Cream
2 packets Splenda


Stir the lemonade drink mix thorougly into the Greek yogurt. Sweeten the cream with the splenda and beat until whipped cream forms. Cream should be light and fluffy and hold its shape.

First layer, divide the blueberries among four champagne flutes. Next, divide the yogurt among the four glasses. Third layer divide the strawberries among the glasses. Finally, top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream
