Shrimp Dip

This is a fabulous dip for parties. Loved by low carbers and non-low carbers alike.

16 Oz. Cream Cheese
8 Oz. Canned Shrimp (tiny pre-cooked type)
1 Medium Tomato, finely chopped
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
2-3 Cherry Peppers, finely chopped
3-4 Rings Jalapeno Peppers, finely chopped
7-8 Rings Banana Peppers, finely chopped
2 Cloves Garlic

Drain the canned shrimp and reserve 2 Tbs of the juice. Melt cream cheese in double boiler. Add all the other ingredients including the reserved shrimp juice and heat completely. Serve warm with pork rinds, cauliflower, celery, cooked chicken skewers etc. (For non-low carbers try Fritos.)

To turn this into a sauce for chicken or pork, add in light cream until desired consistency is reached.

Note: Salsa or picante sauce can be substitutued for the tomato. Don't use low-fat, non-fat or "lite" cream cheeses. They won't melt right and have more carbs.
