Spiced Nuts 

1 Lg Egg White
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Cardamom
1/8 tsp Cloves
3/4 Cup Granulated Splenda (18 packets)
2 Cups Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds etc.)

Preheat the oven to 325° F.

Whisk the egg white slightly until white is broken up and just starting to froth.

Mix in the spices.

Mix in the Splenda. The splenda will make the whites foamy and opaque.

Stir in the nuts to coat.

Spread out the nuts on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. You want the nuts as individualized as possible without going crazy about it.

Bake the nuts for 20 minutes.

Let them cool on the counter for 1 hour then break nuts apart. Store on the counter in an airtight container.
