|1 Cup||Plain Yogurt|
|½ Cup||Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)|
|½ Tbsp||Crystal Light Drink Mix (Any flavor)|
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. If using Greek yogurt you'll need to add ¼ cup of water or some other liquid to help thin it.
