Yogurt Smoothie

1 Cup Plain Yogurt
½ Cup Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
½ Tbsp Crystal Light Drink Mix (Any flavor)
½ Cup Ice


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. If using Greek yogurt you'll need to add ¼ cup of water or some other liquid to help thin it.
