Yogurt Smoothie
1 Cup | Plain Yogurt |
½ Cup | Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries) |
½ Tbsp | Crystal Light Drink Mix (Any flavor) |
½ Cup | Ice |
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. If using Greek yogurt you'll need to add ¼ cup of water or some other liquid to help thin it. Carbs: ~10 net
