Zucchini Italienne
| 1 Lb | Ground Beef or Italian Sausage |
| 2 Cups | Low-Carb Spaghetti Sauce |
| 4 medium | Zucchini |
| 1 Cup | Parmesan Cheese |
Cut off both ends of zucchini and microwave on a plate for 8 minutes. Brown meat until crumbly. Add in two cups of sauce and stir. Slice cooked zucchini in half lengthwise and place cut side up in a baking dish. Cover with meat and sauce. Cover with cheese and broil until cheese is golden brown.
