|1 Lb||Ground Beef or Italian Sausage|
|2 Cups||Low-Carb Spaghetti Sauce|
|1 Cup||Parmesan Cheese|
Cut off both ends of zucchini and microwave on a plate for 8 minutes. Brown meat until crumbly. Add in two cups of sauce and stir. Slice cooked zucchini in half lengthwise and place cut side up in a baking dish. Cover with meat and sauce. Cover with cheese and broil until cheese is golden brown.
